Refunds and Returns

We are happy to provide an exchange for change of mind within 7 days of receipt provided that the item is in its original condition and is unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags and labels attached and is returned in its original, undamaged packaging and is in a resalable condition and returned with the original purchase receipt. Please contact us first for a Return Authorisation. The EXCEPTION to this policy are earrings, reading glasses, drinkware, and food items due to Health and Safety Regulations. We also do not accept returns for the brand Mary Ella Designs. Please choose carefully.

A refund will NOT be issued for any or all of the reasons below:

If you changed your mind;

If you accidentally purchased the wrong product;

If you decide you do not like the product;

If you found the item cheaper somewhere else;

If you have no use for the product.

Faulty items

In the rare circumstance that you receive an item that is damaged or deemed to be faulty we will happily, exchange, refund or replace the item for you. Contact us via email callies.closet.au@gmail.com and we will be able to assist you with this. Alternatively you can phone us on 0401074417 and one of the staff at our store will be able to assist you.

Any items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted for a refund.

If an item is returned and not deemed faulty by our team, a refund will not be issued. We reserve the right to determine if an item is genuinely faulty.
